How do I cancel a post?

I'm still new to using BF, and just plain don't know how to do some things. I'm putting this post here because I have no idea where else to put it...

So, how do I cancel a post that is half written?

If you didn't hit "Post"... Just close the browser tab or window.

If you haven’t posted yet, just delete the contents.

Once you post, you can only edit, not delete- I usually just put in „.“.
