how do i change my avatar?

hey guys! (and ladies :) ) anyone feel like telling me how i chancge my avatar, because as cool as a dancing badger is, im ready to move on to a higher lever of idiocy! :p
 
Click on the "User CP" (means user control panel) link near the upper left of the screen (below the BladeForums logo). On the next page, click "Edit Avatar" under settings and options. Hope that helps.
 
I believe (not certain) the privilege of having an avatar begins with a $10 "basic membership". Under "User CP" click on "Paid Subscriptions" in the left column to see the various memberships beyond free. Each extends ones forum privileges.

i can see it now, you guys sucked me in, got me hooked, and now its time for the forum to collect its pound of flesh! hahaha well ill guess ill just have to see what i can do:rolleyes:
 
Personally, I would *almost* be willing to give you the $10 just to see you get rid of that f'n bouncing badger.....LOL :D
 
hey! dont bash th badger! we've formed quite the relationship over the time ive been here and when i finnaly do move on, there will alwasy be a special place in my heart for that rythmic little mammal!:p
 
Though I fail to agree about enjoying the "action icon", I fully acknowledge your right to like it is equal to my right to dislike it. ;) I would never tell you to change it, even were it in my power. :)
 
the little bugger is far more tollerable if you try to imagine the song hes dancing to! i see the Beastie Boys personally, but it could verywell be somthin along the lines of Bob Segar or even a nice waltz!:jerkit:
 
oh, well thank you chant for completely killing it for me! now all i see is barney! now i have no choice but to cough up the 25 bucks when i get paid next! u guys make me miserable!:grumpy:

BTW, I think you can get rid of the avatar, and not have anything, even without a paid membership. Not that I'm implying you should or anything.:)

Please forgive my "50-something no-kids" naivete, but what the heck is a "Barney"??

My wife just told me she thinks it's this big goofy-lookin' furry purple thang we see in a TV commercial. Is that a Barney?
