How Do I Contact BF RE a Subscription Renewal Problem?

Can someone tell me how to get in touch with BF admins so I can resolve a subscription renewal issue? I've sent emails via the "contact" form but have gotten no reply or acknowledgment of receipt. Thanks for any help you can provide.
