How do I email Spark?

I've been told to email Spark, but I can't do that through BF or his website. How can I get in contact with Kevin and straighten this out?

I've upgraded to Gold, but still don't have the option to change it in my permission groups. I paid on Oct. 13th, the payment cleared my account on Oct. 15th, and I haven't been able to straighten this out for a month now.

I have PM'd several times, and haven't heard anything back. I PM'd one of the mods, and their direction was to email him.
