How do I find someone to make me a knife?

I've been thinking about having a slip joint or lock back knife made for me. I'd like to choose the materials, and also choosing between different shapes and sized.

How do I find someone who can do that? Is there a list?

Yep, browse that For Sale forum until you identify a maker who's workmanship and style seem like a good match to what you're looking for. Then contact them to discuss pricing, time table, materials, etc.
