How do I fix a slightly misaligned blade?

I just received a beautiful Laguiole en Aubrac 3-piece knife. Gorgeous.

The blade leans slightly to the side with the awl, making it so I must apply a little sideways force when closing the blade so it does not rub against the awl.

Are there ways to make a slight bend in the blade so they do not rub?

Thanks.

I wonder how the support will be from Laguiole en Aubrac if I bought the knife through ebay.

Technically, it's in mint condition and it's a manufacturing (or design) defect, not from use.

Not necessarily. Just dropping the knife on its end can misalign the blades.
Gently tapping on the end of the knife on the side of the hinge that you want the blade to move toward while resting the knife on a wooden board on the opposite end and side (to create a diagonal forge) will usually realign the blades.

Is the blade really misaligned or is the grind off center?

I have seen many blades ground off center that results in the blade appearing it is misaligned.

Good question. It is off-center in that the blade collides with the awl next to it.

When open it looks perfectly straight.

Place the tang of the knife on a perfectly flat surface like glass or granite block. Take a 123 block and dye chem on side. Put the 123 block on the flat surface.

Now with the tang of the knife on the flat surface drag the tip on the 123 block and make a line in the dye chem surface. Flip the blade over and do the other side.

Are the 2 lines made from the tip exactly at the same height? If not the blade is not ground symetrical
