It has blade play up the wazoo and the screws that they use to make it are so damn tiny and to top it off the torx. So how would you guy suggest i fix this.

I do not think it can be fixed by the end user. You will probably have to send it back for warranty work. There have been a few reports about blade play developing in the Paul series from Lone Wolf. Seems I remember reading a post about someone else with a similar problem contacting Lone Wolf only to be told that this was normal and not covered under warranty. I say BS to that!! Bladeplay in the axial lock is not a normal thing. If you haven't had it very long you might be able to contact the seller and see about a refund or a replacement. Hope all works out for you!!

Having an old, original, Gerber Paul, I've found that adjusting the stop pin is the key to removing the blade play. Unfortunately, on the original, Gerber models, the stop pin was free-rotating, so it could not be "set". I would suggest you invest in a good torx set and some locktite, that is, if you don't want to go through Lone Wolf to have it fixed. Good luck.
