Bob, I was dismantling my Pioneer I for its annual cleaning and despite my best efforts I lost one of the microscopic screws that holds the scales and liners together! It was bound to happen, I suppose. Anyway, who do I contact to get a replacement?

Chiro75 E-mail REKAT to ask for the parts you need. You will get them in a few days. Worked for me with my Pocket Hobbit.

Iceman, what EMail addy did you use? One of the screws on Sifu1 came partially bunged up...

Jim, Try roundeye@nidlink.com, as shown on their website. I don't think that is the one I used about 6 months ago when I needed a few screws.

Chiro, and Jim March,

I have lots of those left over if you guys want them. E-mail me a shipping address (I lost yours Chiro when my PC bombed). If some one else wants some - feel free to e-mail me, as well. Free/No charge of course!

I exchanged mine for a slightly longer one which I think work better IMHO (no offense, Bob Taylor...LOL). Worse case you can grind them down/file them a hair.

I have sent 2 letters and various emails to REKAT asking for some new screws as most of the ones holding my Carnivore and Pocket Hobbit together were stripped when I got them. As yet I have had no reply and it's been about 3 months. I am dissapointed to say the least.

It took a bit but I figured out who you are. You refuse to return your knives for repair but then gripe. Sorry Peter you can't have it both ways. We offred to repair or replace your knives and pay the shipping back. Customer service also means customer cooperation.
