A couple members made comments about getting the end off of the CRK grease syringe to put in more grease. My syringe just ran out today. I tried using a pair of channel

locks..pulling hard but not too tight I didn't want to crack the plastic. How do I get the syringe apart to put in more grease ?

It has been awhile since I have looked at mine, but doesn't the back end just pull out?

You have to carefully pull the plunger out the rear of the syringe - at least that's how the ones I've got come apart.

You could just suck the grease up into the syringe, it works both ways. :p

anyone know where to buy these syringes? I just ordered a small tube of grease as extra, but looking at a bunch of sites, I only have seen the tiny tubes. I would love the refillable syringe! Even on CR site i didn't see it.

I don't use CRK grease but I have a 10CC syringe that takes the roto-lock needles with a 10Ga x 1.5" needle I blunted and I use that for applying my grease of choice.

Another option would be the syringes then use as droppers for liquid med's for babies, they don't have the toto-lock style connector, just a straight barb.

I just discovered CRK grease myself, in my packaging with a 25, and I'm an instant fan. I would also like to see it available in more than a tiny "toothpaste" squeeze tube, which is all I've found after a few minutes of searching, but it's largely possible I just haven't searched enough yet.

Make sure the head is open, then pull it out.

I have mine filled with TW-25B fantastic stuff!

Thanks guys. I was trying to make it harder than it is. I like the syringe much better than the tube. The syringe is much easier, IMO, to get a small amount of

exactly where you want it.

Yup. The stuff ain't cheap, but if you use the syringe, it goes a lonnnnnnnnnnng way. Plus you avoid excess lube collecting cr@p.
