How do I get the newest exchange threads and posts to show up first?.

When I go to the exchange to see what new posts or threads are up, I have to go over to where it says last
Post and click on it twice to see the newest stuff.

Its kinda irritating.

Is there a setting I can change in order to have the newest threads and post at the top, with the older posts

below?

Scroll to the very bottom once in the exchange thread and change the thread display options, you can sort them that way.

There's no setting to permanently change it, but one option is to create a bookmark for those forums with the sorting criteria in the URL and use that instead of the links. That'll take you straight into the forum with the sorting already switched.
