How do I go about purchasing a dotd knife?

I found a knife I really like and I find myself with the money to get one. I sent an email to yangdu and said which knife I wanted and that I'd pay with card. However I'm not sure if that's all I do and wait to hear back? Or what?

Yep, you send an email with your complete info, hope you are the first to do so and wait for auntie to email you back.

I found the link and I was able to snag my first Khukuris today. I also came across the deal right after it was posted.

In your email you must include your Name, address, Item wanted and method of payment, Otherwise you may get skipped over for the next person whom has included all the needed info. Auntie is a very busy lady and the less email tag she has to do the faster she can get things in order and shipped. She does this all by herself.
 
You quit your job, sit at home in front of the computer all day and hit "refresh". That must be the way to do it, because they're already snapped up by the time I see the thread :)

Karda tries to be a know-it-all with his answers but if you are serious about getting a dotd kukri there is a better way!
