How do I have a converstation with a moderator?

Thanks but I don't do any social media so I see that but don't understand what it does or where I should put it. If I put it here knarfeng knarfeng he'll contact me somehow?

Registered members can leave profile posts, but have no ability to initiate conversations.

Supers can initiate conversations (Private Messages) with registered members.
