Im not the most technologically apt person and figured I should learn how to imbed pictures to increase the quality of my posts as well as save others time. I typically use Imgur and I tried using the imbed link option but it didn't work. Would appreciate if anyone explained it so I don't have to post links anymore.

Photobucket is pretty easy....I was a novice and I got the hang of it very quick. The page opens it says "upload photos" which takes you to your device or downloads or pictures...it uploads and then you click on the pic and then on the right hand side of the page you click the lower box and it "copies"....then you click on the little "insert image" icon above that looks like a TV screen or something and then you "paste" in the box...voila pictures.

Now we're getting somewhere, because this ends in .jpg and I can now click on the Insert Image icon in the forum reply box (looks like a picture of a tree, beside the Insert Video icon that looks like a piece of film) and paste in this link (which ends with .jpg), to get this:

Thanks Steve Tall, I tried that with this post but it's still coming up as just a tiny white box rather than a picture when I post it but I can see the picture of mine that you just posted. Sigh... This is why I hate technology.

When I use the gallery link you tried to post as an image, it went to this URL with 3 photos shown:
http://imgur.com/a/ZV0oE
If I pick one of the photos and right-click on it, as described earlier, I can copy the image location, which is
http://i.imgur.com/y73l7aN.jpg
(note that it now ends in .JPG)
and then I can paste it into this reply using the Insert Image icon, as described earlier:

Right click on the picture for menu, then left click on "Copy image address":
Switch to BFC window and left click on "Insert Image" icon:
Hold "ctrl" and press the letter "v":
Left click "OK"

So did I screw up trying to post a gallery and I just have to post them individually or can you post galleries and it showed up as a small white box for another reason? Sorry I really am technologically challenged and usually only use my iPhone so that makes it even more difficult lol

Yes, one photo at a time, and each one should generally end in jpg, jpeg, png, or gif (according to the posting instructions: Allowed Filetypes: jpg, jpeg, png, gif).
Thank you for your help and patience Steve, I probably come across as an 70 year old man rather than 25 with my technological incompetence haha. But your help has been a nice change from the attitudes of some members who are a dick cause I didn't know how to do it when they could have used the same energy to be helpful. I think the saying is that you make more friends with honey than vinegar, but anyways your help is much appreciated.
