How do I insert images from URL

I know there's a thread somewhere with the step by steps as I've seen it before but I couldn't find it. I tried attaching pics using the Manage Attachments but it kept failing. How do I insert images that are already on a picture hosting site? I appreciate any help. Thanks.

Nevermind, I figured it out. I knew it was Ctrl + something. I tried some of the letters until I got the ones that worked which was Ctrl + c to copy and Ctrl + v to paste. Thanks.
