How do I pay for membership to post a sales thread?

You need a basic membership to trade.
A gold membership or higher to trade/sell.

Click on the big "paid subsrciptions" tab at the top of the forum.

I'm not sure how you are missing it, unless possibly you are on a mobile. It's just to the right of the Bladeforums logo at the top of the forum.
