how do I post feedback as a seller

I've always been the buyer and just had to click Rate seller icon in their listing to leave feedback.
How to I leave feedback to a buyer,,, if it matters I'm on a Asus TF300 Tablet.
Plus I am computer dumb.
 
Copy the link to the ad. Click on their profile. Click "feedback". Click "submit feedback for....". Fill in the form. This is where you will paste the link you copied earlier.
