How do I post my profile picture?

I'm new and I can't figure out how to post a picture to my profile. I've looked just about everywhere on this site and I can't find anything that says how I post a picture. Help is greatly appreciated.

At the top of the page click settings. Then halfway down the left side is a box that says my settings. In that box you have the option to edit profile picture.

I clicked on settings then I looked in the box and I couldn't find anything that said "my settings".

Hmm..You probably cant have one as a registered member then.

On the left side you will se a block titled "My Settings", everyone has that.
Under that heading you will see many options for your profile.
If certain features are not present there. (for example: Avatars, which you won't see as reg. user) It means they are priveleges that are given to paid members.

Ok, I see what you guys are talking about with the box that says "My Settings", but I've looked there before and I can't find anything that lets me change my profile picture.

Are you trying to put a picture in your profile, or are you trying to add an avatar that will appear next to your username in your posts? You'll need to be a paid member to get an avatar, but you should be able to put a picture in your profile as a registered user.

I guess you do have to be a paid member. Sorry for all the confusion.
