How Do I Put Pictures In My Posts

I wanted to know because there was a picture that I wanted to put in a post but I don't know how to get it from its disc onto the post. Can someone please help me out ? I'd really appreciate it.

below the box where you type (in advanced mode) there is a button "Manage Attachments"

Click it and follow the directions.
