How do I reset my forgotten password?

I am logged in and need to change my email. I am losing my bird dog e-mail as of tonite. I don’t know my current password and need to reset it. I don’t want to log out and not be able to log back in.

OK,
I went ahead and logged out on one device which got me my lost password feature. I was able to reset my password, as well as change my email, which is what I needed to get done.
