How do I sticky and lock threads in my own subforum?

How do I sticky and lock threads in my own subforum?
I ran my own sub forums on another site, and I was able to sticky, lock and do other things with threads in my own sub forum. I can't find any of those options on here.
Am I missing something?

If I'm not mistaken you have to have Mod status to create a sticky... even in your own subforum.

I looked at your subforum and you are not showing up as being a Mod, only Spark can change your status to that.

I'll call him tomorrow and bring this to his attention, it should be taken care of with no problem.
