Ive seen a lot of you guys with striped Beckers and I like the way it looks. I am not a fan of the black coating on my knives and while i realize that it will make it more susceptible to rust i don't care, I take good care of my tools.

So what is the best way to strip and and polish my Beckers?

paint/epoxy stripper like superstrip or kleenstrip to strip. to polish you sand it with sandpaper from 600 grit up to 3000+ (6000 is mirror)

I'm going to attempt using a dremel and brass wheels tomorrow, I'll let you know how it goes. There's no better way to spend your holiday celebrating "Imperialism" than stripping your blades!

please do, I have a couple of dremel tools and it seems easier to control. If you could put up pics I'll be interested in seeing how it looks.
