How do I tell one SAK form another?

Hi everyone- I have a few swiss army knives and I can't figure out which models they are. Outside of just comparing them to the websites out there is there a better or quicker way to tell?

You tried wikisak.com or www.smartknives.com? You could also post pictures of your SAK's here, we like pictures and often one or more people are able to identify your SAK.

The easiest way is probabaly the SAK Selector at SOSAKOnline. Click through the tabs specifying your tools, then click "Select" button to see the SAKs that match that blade set.

The difference between SOSAKOnline Tool Finder and Victorinox Tool Selector is that SOSAK includes discontinued models, and Vic. site soed not. So, if the SAK is and old(er) model, SOSAK would work better.

There are other differences. Regardless, tool selectors are not error free. Here's an example where discussion on Bladeforums proved more helpful than an automated system:
