How do I tie this lanyard?

I don´t know s**t about tieing lanyards but I would like to try to tie my own. Can someone please help me find a tutorial for the "Sebenza-lanyard". It looks fairly simple, but I don´t know it´s name so I can´t Google. Anyone?
