How do I upload photo's ?

Hello all- Would someone please tell me how I upload a picture directly into my thread ??
I have a digital camera and I know about putting the

before and after the address, but where does the address part come from ???

See the browse button at the bottom of your screen when you are posting a new topic or reply? Click on it and select the file off your computer, that will upload it into your thread.
