How do I wrap my izula?

hold on! before you try to wrap the izula, please grab duct tape and wrap the cutting edge really well. the izula has been known to bite and well...given your history of mishaps with your esee-5 :eek::p:D
 
Check out this guy on youtube. He has a few different tutorials on wrapping the izula with paracord.

I tried some of these, but I could never wind up with enough paracord to tie the knot at the end using the paracord that comes with it.

I used the default wrap with a weird custom knot... It's at the end of the thread L.J. Tibbs posted. I can give you instructions if you're interested, but I don't feel like typing them out on an off chance--my Izula bit me the other day and it's a little hard to type.

THIS! 4 stitches later.

The wrap I did was actually the simplest. I looped the cord around one “bar” of the skeletonized handle, put the ends of the cord together and did figure 8s in and out of the handle. With that said I now much prefer the scales.
