How do the Silver Creek models hold up?

I'd like to know if anyone uses the Silver Creek filet and bait knives for salt water fishing use and how they hold up if you do. I live near the ocean and have a 20' boat that I take out for rock cod and salmon. Some or most of the knives I've used out there will start to rust before the day is even over and I get the chance to clean them up good.

I'm wondering if the titanium coating will hold up under that kind of use.
