All day I'd been thinking about what has happened to HI since about the time Cobalt took off. His last post before leaving for about 6 months was on May 20. I don't count the time he was back for his baby's birth.
The first Villagers had not, or had just barely gotten here.
Shop 2 was not yet in production.
There was no visiting kami set-up
I had the last hatchmarked 18th Century.
Sanu had not recreated the carved forward curving khukuri.
Ganga Ram had not made a deal to make a magic khukuri, let alone a batch of them.
The Royal kami had not showed up, let alone become shop foreman, and there were no banspatis.
The Salyans were still somewhere over the rainbow.
No Gelbu special.
Pala had not seen daughter Yangdu or Gwai Bill for years.
And we hadn't met that crazy NDN Yvsa til the week Cobalt left.
It seems to me, Pala, Yangdu, Uncle Bill, and fellow forumites, that a lot has happened in the last almost 5 months. Not just to break to Cobalt when he gets back, but for us all to contemplate with awe and thankfulness the great Grace ( unmerited favor ) good Karma ( whatever that means ) Harmony/Rightness with all, and Blessings that have happened in that time.
