How do you add a jpeg photo to a post

you have to join a photo hosting site and post a link to that picture. you can also join and get a basic membership. this is what you get for a $10. i year membership.
Bare bones membership that allows avatars, signatures, limited attachments and private messaging. Does not allow selling in Exchange area
 
As richard j said, first join a photo hosting site.

Flickr.com and picasa.com are very popular and very good.

Let's say you join Flickr. You upload your photo to its site, then you choose "Photo Size"...and you'll get the URL for that photo.

Then you simply copy that URL and paste it into your Bladeforums post.
Put
directly after it.

When you submit your post, the picture will appear in your post.
