My new Small Inkosi: my first
My Inkosi arrived with a snug action at the pivot(that is, not loose to a point of falling, but not too hard to open). I ran it as it came in for about a week to wear in(did not take it apart). I loosened it just a bit today, to where it still doesn't fall, but has a slight drag. It feels better now, somehow more comfortable to open.
What do you do?

I've been playing with mine for a week or two. I've had it all over the place just to see what I liked.
I've settled on having some slight blade play for more speed and flicking.

I was still able to flick the blade when it was stiff but I didn't care for that type of action. It was smooth but too hydraulic.

Another reason why my tension looser is that no one could open my knife hahaha when I would show it off. Too stiff

I run my 25 about the same as a 21. That sooth, hydraulic feel. Not free dropping.

However, I am intrigued by the idea of running it a little looser. I've been carrying a PM2 for the last couple weeks, and I gotta say, once you get used to flicking open and closed a knife whose pivot is "as loose as the balls of a moose", it's a little bit of a shock going back to a CRK. I don't prefer the PM2 as a cutting tool, but it's a lot of fun.
