...carry your Izulas? I have been considering one of these guys for awhile and I just wanted to see how everyone else is carrying theirs.

Right now I am carrying mine in a kit but I have already carried it dropped in a pocket with a piece of paracord through the hole in the end of the sheath...with that leading up to the belt. You just run the cord until you get the knife out. Simple and effective.

I do the same as Don, paracord around my belt loop and then stick it into my pocket. When I draw the knife, it pulls the sheath out with it and the sheath just dangles by the string until I need to resheath.

If I'm going to be using it alot, I'll unstring it from my beltloop and put it around my neck.

I added a TEK-LOC and carry mine horizontal on my belt....I would post a pic but....last time I did the thread went down hill ! :D

Come on, what's the worst that could happen? :D

I usually carry mine either with the paracord and cord stopper as a belt loop, or using a metal spring clip. I really like the clip, since I can either use it as a IWB setup or in my front pocket.

I drop mine in a jacket or vest pocket, or hang it from my vest's D-ring by an S-biner.

older pic but using tek-loc carrying horizontal...

Nice......sheath. :p Haha, sorry, couldn't help myself (I'm in a good mood for once). Seriously though, that looks like a nice setup. I might have to try that out. Do you draw it in a reverse grip, or rotate your hand so it's a normal grip?

I am a lefty...but I carry on my right side...funky habit...I am use to carry my knife on my right side and a firearm on left

I do what a few others here do and carry it in my pocket, secured with paracord to my belt.

Another lefty huh? Good to know I'm not alone here. :p

Yeah, I do the same thing, with the exception of my RC3, everything rides on the right, and I usually either cross draw, or draw with my right and transition to the left. Takes a little longer, but it's how I've gotten used to carrying. But firearms always ride on the left, even though I can shoot with either hand.

I'm convinced that being Lefty is a choice. ;)

Right now i am working on a sheath for pocket carry in my cargo shorts/pants. Similar to sharpshooters but molded for the izula. also going to put two hook shaped areas on it similar to some of the handgun pocket holsters so you can pull it out of the sheath without the whole thing coming out of your pocket.

Oh boy, both the mods here are from Tx and now we come to find out that were both lefties.

Conspiracy I tell ya.

Difference is, I'm not showing you guys my butt.:D
