How do you break in a Busse?

Do you start a Busse on a slow diet of opening the mail, then move up the chopping wood, and so on?

Or do you just flat out beat the thing to death?

It's best to just go outside and smack it around. That first swing/mark is the hardest. After that the worry is gone and it's just pure fun.
