How do you call the bolts in pivots?

In pivots, or at least in my Shallot, you have a bolt (screw?) which goes into another bolt.

So you have one bolt which is smooth from the outside and has the threading inside. And another which is a normal bolt (or screw?) which goes into that one.

I would like to buy a bolt like that but don't know the name.
I also like to know if those are sold in pairs or not.

Hope I'm clear..

Those are the screws I'm talking about.
But I don't live in the US so I can't buy from there.
I'm restricted to Ebay so I need to know the name for screws like that.

I couldn't help but notice that the knifekits.com website referenced in the other reply does indicate that they ship internationally (look at the top of the page, just to the right of the KnifeKits.com name). And they apparently accept PayPal (like eBay). Unless there are some unusual restrictions shipping to your specific location, it might still be worth giving them a call. Even if they can't provide what you're looking for, they might at least be able to put you in touch with someone else who can.

Shipping from an US store usually cost insane amount of shipping cost or they don't even let you know how much s it untill you have ordered. I have gotten to a point I don't bother with US stores anymore.

Also it would be a weird call if I don't know the word for what I'm looking for, I'm not used to speaking English plus I never call international.

I just want to know how a screw like that is called and I can go from there.

EDIT
I posted on another forum and I have my answer.

You want to be careful what material the pivots are made from if you are planning to use them for folding knives. Those bookbinding screws are much too soft to last long on a knife. Hardened steel is a better choice.
