How do you carry your 110?

I recently acquired quite a few old 110s and while cleaning up the knives and sheaths I have noticed there is no consistency with the way they are placed in the sheath. I am right handed and have always carried my 110 on my right side with the tip up and the lock release to the right (as you are looking at the front of the sheath). How do you place your 110 (or any lock blade for that matter) in your sheath?

I prefer a horizontal carry on the right side of my body with the closed blade spine towards the bottom and the pivot (with OAB) forward.

ho no when i look the sheath from the front the lock release is to the left i take the knife by the tip side with my right hand and pass the knife handle to my left hand and pull the blade with my right hand.....all this in one movement lol...im left handed but i always carry the knives on the right side!?!

I either carry my 110 in a horizontal leather sheath,or an old lowrider 110 sheath thats cut low from the factory for easy access, and sits lower on the belt, man i would love to see Buck go back to that old style 110 sheath, instead of the high carry narrow belt loop sheaths, which are no good for my style of carry at all.

I use an old low rider myself. Seems to work better sitting down in the truck.

Front or rear right pants pockets. I know it is not exactly keeping with the spirit of sheath carry but mine is on or off me in a split second and I don't find any inconvenience to stop the knife in my hand either ;)

Of late, I use one of the cordura horizontal sheaths.

Tip forward and up.

Comes out of the sheath with the spine between my fingers and a quick pinch and drop and it is open and in my hand.

 Ditto ;)

I think the new 005GY's nylon sheath has a chance of being used, mainly due to it's being horizontal. I just feel vertical carry is for a larger fixed blade. Idon't have a horizontal 110 sheath, so I carry my 110s in a pocket. I even have carried my sheathed 419 in a pocket.

Lately I've been putting it in my front pocket, vertical toward the front. It doesn't work with all types of pants (jeans OK) but after a short get-used-to-it period, I found it to be very convenient and comfortable.
