How do you carry your collection?

lol.....the subject doesn't make much sense. My question is this. If you own 15 folders, do you carry one and look at the rest or do you actually rotate which knife you carry from month to month? I try to collect knives that I enjoy carrying with me and not worry about getting a little worn from day to day use (although I do have some keepsakes I wouldn't dare carry) Do you rotate or do you have an all time favorite that you wouldn't dare put in a drawer and leave behind? Just curious:p

I will carry almost anything in my meger collection with a few exceptions. I will rotate them from time to time depending on how I feel that day. For example, some days its a 3 blade stockman (most days) but some days its a single blade lock-blade, etc. I think the main thing is to enjoy what you collect whether you carry or keep.

I have some that I carry, rotation that is. The rest are mint stored in my collection.

I think the question is, by which means do we carry our collections, if I understand properly.

By the way, I have a rotation of knives that I do carry, but I wouldn't consider them part of my collection. It's kinda like cheap sunglasses; if you sit on them, you're glad they weren't Oakleys or Bolle'...

But I digress... I don't get my collection out of the house much, but if I did, I would transport in knife rolls. That's how I store them now.

I have a regular daily carry 'kit' that I put on if I'm not at the office. At the office, the kimber is required to stay home. I'm getting a new office-friendly pocket knife to allow me to retire the peacock whittler, but it hasn't arrived yet.
