And other small fixed blade knives?

Pictures will be nice Im taking ideas for how to carry it!

Yesterday I para-corded it to my belt sideways on my left hip for a right handed draw. It worked ok but was worried about cutting my jacket when I drew it.

What do you guys do?

I wear mine horizontal on my hip, but in the center. My only real issue with it is that I have to look down at the sheath to make sure I'm not about to cut anything.

Clipped horizontal on my belt. Pull in stomach to see when replacing knife. Its from age and a relaxed muscle.

Para corded horizontal on my belt @ 3 o'clock for a left-handed draw. Same goes for any other knife I carry.

The Izula is strictly a necker or pocket carry for me.
Most often around the neck in the superb Hoopster Kydex sheath,
otherwise in my right front pocket housed in the same Hoopster sheath.

And does it cut your pants when you draw it?

I made the deep pocket carry sheath. http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=820598

I bought the clip online, it's a Nite ize "eclipse" it has a little catch that doesn't allow it to pull from your pocket so it keeps the sheath in pocket when you draw the knife. When you do want to take the whole sheath out you depress the lil latch and it extracts very easily:thumbup: I adhered the clip to an extended molle clip that I attached with screws to the sheath.

The sheath itself sits just below the pocket line and has never cut me or my pants:)

I have never had any problems extracting and replacing the knife into the sheath:thumbup:

Neck, if I really wanted to pocket carry a skeletonized knife I'd probably choose the swamp warden. As it currently stands, I find the original Izula to be my favorite necker.

Usually i carry mine in my back pocket with a paracord lanyard running from the sheath to a belt loop. I should have a sheath clip here from the knife connection in a couple of days so i'm sure how i carry it will change when it shows up.

I trimmed the loop on the bottom of the sheath so the bottom is flat, then I just pocket it

Hey guys. Thanks for the tips! Do you guys trout fish? I have been using my Izula strapped to my waders. I don't like it because I have to use two hands to get it drawn since the straps are elastic.

I carry a Becker bk14 in my front pocket. I wrapped the sheath in cohesive tape so that it doesnt shift around and fall out.
