How do you carry your RC6? Pics please.

When you buy the knife, it doesn't come with any carry options does it? Have any of you used the Clip Plate for belt carry? Is the molle back meant for belt carry? I like the knife to hang on my hip. I don't like it to sit up high in my side like when using the molle locks for vertical carry. Anyone got any pictures of there carry methods with there RC6?

Pics greatly appreciated.
 
heres a pic of a fellow rat pack member. this if from a recent camping trip with fishkev236. he likes to carry his rc6 up on his backpack strap.

i remember i started a thread just like this one when teh forum was on the old server...

i opened it and expected my name as the OP and ... :D :D :D
 
Right now my 6 (and supplied plastic sheath) is cord wrapped into the standard MOLLE back that came with my RC3.

Ditto on that, but I'm in the process of ordering a custom sheath for it from one of the members on blade forums. Now all I have to do is wait the 10-12 weeks it'll take to come.

Lol, thanks. I usually let it go in the winter depending on how cold it gets. Was a mild winter this year so I shaved some. Just trimmed down to summer weight today. Next winter I'll be carrying mail in buffalo... Expect a ful beard :)

Sweet. I can't grow a mustache very well, so I have to settle with the chin whiskers. :(

So the knife comes with molle locks thats it right? You have to buy the molle back from the RAT site correct? Will the molle back that comes with the RC3 fit the RC6?

I got two MOLLE locks with mine.

The back made for the 3 and 4 doesn't fit using the screws, you'll have to thread paracod through the plastic sheath and back to get it to work. Or you could buy the back specifically for the 6.
 
go to the ESEE website and look at the seconds -- it's a slightly lighter duty version of the MOLLE back. Same dimensions, just a less rigid fabric.

On topic - I carry mine on the belt in front of the hip in my ESEE Pack kit.

The seconds dont look too bad. I kinda like the color
