How do you center the blade on a folder? I may not be doing this right.

I am trying to center the blade on a CS TiLite which has really seen all that much use or pocket time. I thought that adjusting the pivot screw while holding the blade in the center would work, but looks like all I am doing is ending up with the blade wobbly if I loosen too much, or too tight to hardly open it if too tight. Still off center. What am I missing? Tried to find a you tube clip on this but didn't find what I needed.

Thanks for any insights.

Search works. Saves some time and redundancy of similar posts. Just some insight ;)

I tried to find this exact type of thing earlier today and you tube but didn't find this. In fact, I went to Amazon and searched for DVD or book on knife maintenance but never found what I was looking for. Maybe I need a good list of synonyms for search words :)

I’m here for you, brother. That’s the beauty of these forums. My search is your search, and we all search together.

I'm resurrecting this thread, because it just saved my bacon when I could not get a de-assisted Blur to stop rubbing. My blade centering still is not great, but at least my S30V is not rubbing on the liner. Thanks guys. This thread could be a sticky.
