How do you Cold Steel fellers carry your fixed blades?

Or just fixed blades in general, doesn’t need to be CS. I find that the default belt loop works the best for a conventional 3 or 4 o’clock carry. When I use a Tek-Lok for a vertical 3 o’clock carry, the knife rides awkwardly high, making drawing a bit of a hassle. For smaller blades, I like a 11 o’clock horizontal carry.

I have a dedicated belt for them so I can take the knife on/off without losing my pants. Nothing fancy just the typical 3 o'clock, works best for the smaller to the 12". Now if its for concealment then it depends on the knife.

I don't wear a belt much these days, so I like a sheath with a clip, like the one the comes with the Peace Makers. The ambidextrous sheath lets me carry the knife inside my pocket like a folder with just the handle sticking out.

I carry most larger belt knives at 3 or 4 o'clock using the standard belt loops or a dangler. I have a couple fixed blades that I carry horizontal at about 1 o'clock.

I, too, find most vertical clips hold the sheath too high for easy use.

My favorite cold steel beater fixed blade is the drop forged Hunter. I carry that at 4 o'clock.

I carry most in a kydex or secure-ex sheath, with a g-clip or c-clip attached almost 180 degrees so the knife can clip to any pants/shorts inverted, no belt needed.

Another reason I use a belt is so I can take it off when in my car or sitting down in general. Most of my FB's are large like my folders.
