How do you display your favorites?

For those of you that display your favorite knives behind glass or similar:

Do you have your folders open or closed?
Fixed in out out of sheath?

I opened all my folders today and put the fixed out on top of the sheaths. Looks cool!

I keep all mine folded or half-open...

Idk, it's probably not true, but I feel like a linerlock/framelock constantly open might put stress on the lock face/blade tang over extender periods of time (ie. 2-10 years).

This is just my opinion, and it's probably not true lol, but I'm ocd about that kindof stuff. You'd probably put more stress on it by simply using it, but I'm still not leaving mine open

I think opening and closing it twice will put more "stress" and minuscule amounts of wear on it than 10 years open. But I respect your OCD.

I store mine in a drawer with desiccant packets inside to reduce moisture in that enclosed space.

IF I displayed knives, I would have folders closed and fixed blades out of the sheaths. It is different for pictues.
