How Do You Display Your Knives?

Do you display your favorite knives? If so, how? Living near NYC, space is at a premium so I have my bar where I keep my humidor, scotch, etc. I wanted to be able to display some of my knives without putting up shelves or a big display and found a nice little knife rack. It’s the best solution I’ve found so far after searching for quite a while.

That is a cool idea, I have a small cabinet that I plan on using. I might have to make myself some of those in a smaller size to put knives on. :thumbsup:

The racks are much smaller than they look in the pictures. I’m very happy with the stands. They work well.

That display is real nice from Primitive Appalachian. I don't display guns, knives, or valuables. Visit my house and you would never know I was interested in either. But you would know that I am interested in art since my walls are covered.

My guns are locked up but I thought it might be nice to display the knives. I’m on the third floor of a building so nobody is getting a look at them unless I invite them in. Ha
 
That stand might work well for regular carry knives. That way they don't find their way underneath other house or desk junk. Do you know what kind of wood is used?
 
I have a short wooden dresser and I use the top two drawers for knives; folders on top, fixed on the bottom. It used to be extremely packed before I started making and purged my collection lol.
 
I don’t. They are stored in a dresser drawer with the boxes on the bottom and the knives in a shelf above designed with compartments for jewelry.
 
I have this hand made bubinga knife display. :) :D

Below it is a chest of drawers with many more knives that I rotate out but they are not displayed they are in the drawers.

Gee that second photo was taken back when I still used a mouse. I have used a wireless track pad now for like a century.

If you search for “knife displays” on Amazon you’ll see a lot of options.

I use the clear plastic single knife stands and like them. The 5 knife vertical wood stands are inexpensive and work well. They are kind of cheaply made so i fortified them with glue and they’ve held up well.

Anyway, there are a lot of options available that range from nice cases to antlers.
