In my opinion, my Khukri is too pretty to just stay in its scabbard.

I would like to know how you show your khuks. Maybe not all of them for those of you who have more Khukries than you have underwears in your drawers :P. For them, how do you show your best khuks?

awesome thread cybrok!!!
i am also curious on how to display outside of the sheath.
swords stand possibly would work... but i would like to display its sheath along side also...
any multi khuk options here?

wall hanging without sheath is a no no for me per my fiances request...
i guess she may have aichmophobia or something :D

A wooden display like Yangdu shows on the BDC thread takes too much place in my little bedroom. :S Looks great, but it takes space.

exactly how i feel... im looking for something like that but with the ability to hold more khuks...

i cant imagine having 10 of those in my living room :D

Sorry, Just a play on words there. Regional use of language I suppose. The word "expose" can have a different meaning than "display". I'll go sit in the corner for awhile now.

Regional use as in "English is not my main language".

My bad:p

Anyone knows hot to change a title?

Your English is better than many for which it is their main language. I can't speak a word of French so you are one up on me.
I wouldn't worry about changing the title. Not everyone is as warped as me.
(and my wife put me up to it :D )

look what you did westfork... lol :p
its perfectly fine to expose your khuks... just dont do it around women or children :D j/k

*sits in corner with westfork*

Back on topic..... For larger khukris and swords those wall mounted sword racks work well. I just received some of the United Cutlery "burgundy" 8 sword wall racks on sale for $9.99. Turns out they were flaming RED. Sandpaper and Watco "Red Mahogany" makes them look pretty good though. I'll just label the sheaths and store them separately.

I keep meaning to make a few racks for my kukris, however it keeps getting put off. I do however have to wood and stain for it when I get around to it.

Right now my kukris are just living out their lives as book ends and paper weights.
