If you subscribed already and have received your approval, you should already have your username and password (since you chose them when you signed up). If you have paid for a subscription, but haven't chosen a username and password, you need to go to
http://www.bladeforums.com/magazine/subscribe.shtml and fill out the information. Make sure that you choose "prepaid" if you have already done so.
