Been like 4 or so days with no response. Nobody but an operator ever answers a phone. Do they have the week off? Tried email also. I'm leaving for another state in 5 days and was hoping to repair my knife before I go

Just sent an email and received a reply within a hour.

Don't worry too much sal will probably see this soon. :)
Overall I have had nothing but great experiences with spyderco, but also never needed anything fixed.

I guess my messages had to pass through to sal. They took care of me. Stand up company. Hoping to have my sebenza and military with me when I go out of state.

I've never had a problem contacting spyderco via e-mail. Charlynn usually gets back to me within an hour or less. In fact, last time she actually told me to email her my phone number and she called a few minutes later to help me with some technical questions/problems. I've never had anything but top-notch communication from spyderco. YMMV, but I think it is important to try to be patient, as Spyderco is a very small company, employee-wise.

Hi Suzuki

I never saw the thread until now. Usually Charlynn is good about respnding. Glad you got it resolved. Your name brought back memories of my VTR1000. Ah, the "good old days".

I miss my bike. I appreciate the help on the issue. I wouldn't have pushed the issue but I don't want to leave without my spyderco!
