How do you get these?

I've noticed a few Blade Forum knives in different pictures and a Beer and Sausage knife too. How do you get these two knives?

How much are they?

Usually once a year, they offer up a BF knife. Each year they vote on the pattern, handle material, blade material, etc.

The Beer and Sausage was a release from Great Eastern Cutlery and can now only be purchased on the secondary market.
