I was wondering what method you use to remember the date you bought your knife for customer service.

Kershaw's warranty is a lifetime one I believe... I don't keep track of my purchase dates really... And if I need to, they're usually in my Gmail.

Yeah i don't keep track either, but i have all receipts in with the boxes

I don't keep track, and I try not to leave any evidence lying around..I tend to get less grief from the wife on my purchases. :)

I keep receipts in the boxes as well but don't make a written record of them.

I have yet to buy my knives any dates. I haven't quite fallen that far into the addiction...yet..:D

As far as I've seen they don't seem to mind if you leave it empty. I don't see how it really matters as they all have lifetime warranties.
