How do you know if stuff you ordered was available, or is it just a waiting game? Is one contacted by e-mail at a later date?
this is my first time playing. Does the server always jam up? i could not get on for a half hour.

If you have a high tolerance for pain, it'll just be a mild burning. Still, you should seek medical treatment.

Cipro is the answer my friend. PenV is pretty much only good on the upper respiratory stuff.

INFI: well, that's a little extreme, and I'm afraid you'll only cut off the symptom, not the etiology.

Edited to add: 1. First do no Harm. I'm afraid INFI won't help you with this one...
