Knife like bark river and lot of other knife makers make knife that is pinned so I can't take the handle apart to oil it. Wouldn't it eventually make handle rusty and eventual ruin the whole knife?

No. There are oils available which are food safe and you merely rub 2-3 drops in on the outside wood slabs. This will not produce rust on the blade under the wood. DM

Usually, pinned handles are 'sealed' to the tang, typically with epoxy. So there should be no need for oiling the steel underneath.

Besides, with a thick slab of steel as found on Bark Rivers, ESEEs, or Beckers, it would take decades before rust could 'ruin' such a knife.
