How do you post a pic on here?

You need to be a premium or gold member to upload pics to the BF server. If you already have the pic hosted somewhere, though, just press the button that says "IMG" when you are responding, put in the link and press ok.

Try it right here in this thread -- we're now in the Service & Support forum which is the right place for test posts anyway. :cool:

It doesn't even have to be a picture of a knife for a test post -- you can post anything convenient (within reason, anyway -- LOL!)

Say there's a picture on a website that you want to post, so people can see the knife you're talking about. Assuming you're using Internet Explorer, right-click on the picture and choose "properties" from the menu that will pop up. That will give you the url of the picture -- something like "http://www.bladeforums.com/images/bf-logo-header.gif"

Highlight that and copy it to your clipboard. Then go to Bladeforums, write your post, and click on the "IMG" button above the box you write your post in. A box will pop up for you to paste it into, like so:
