I think you have to be a paying member. Then you select the icon above that says Insert Images.

You can hot link to an image hosting site such as Imgur.

You can use BB code to hotlink any image hosting site. Imgur, IMGBB, Photobucket, or whatever. Most will have an option to generate BB code with links, it will look like this (without the spaces):

[url =https://ibb.co/Xjqc7SY]https://i.ibb.co/ckj46DY/VK-Pairs.jpg[/ img][/ url]

The URL tells the forum where the image is coming from and the IMG tags tells the forum it's a picture.
