Thanx hardheart, now you got me hungry for some Kang-kong, sinigong, lumpia. But no thanks to the patiz or bogo-ong:barf:

People have been literally waiting years for my mom to make them some fried lumpia-the uninitiated just see it as egg rolls (back in the day she had a couple restaurants, still has a bit of a following from some of her friends). I kinda like patis, but my dad likes it better than I, just ignore the name-sauce/fish HOW?!?! EEEWWW. How 'bout some balut? :barf:
Edit: Yeah Darth, accenting on the middle syllable draws it out too long. I'm not great at phonetic spelling. Here's an awkward description- say it quick, kinda try to push your tongue against your teeth like when you make a 'th' sound, accent the last syllable.
